extremely experienced Australian owned and managed IT Service company. They have five offices in Sydney, Mudgee, Melbourne and
Brisbane and also work with local partners in Perth, Adelaide and
Darwin to provide a professional level of service to these areas.
Since opening in 2001 Harbour IT has been committed to providing excellence customer service through building strong working relationships with their customers and business partners.
Harbour IT's old website was not easy for the company to update and was not a good marketing tool as it was not very informative. The website provided no interaction between Harbour IT and its customers; both existing and potential.
To create a better marketing tool for the company and improve customer service Harbour IT wanted to have an informative website that is modern and professional looking and is also interactive between Harbour IT and the customer. The company needed a website that could gather customers contact details, which they could then use to contact them easily with relevant information. They also wanted a website that was easy for the company themselves to update, thus reducing administration effort.
The new website is now able to provide good service to existing customers and well as attracting new customers - Harbour IT are particularly pleased that both sets of customers are being provided with excellent service. The new website looks modern and professional and therefore gives a strong impression of the company.
The best feature of the website, for the company, is the ease at which they can update the website. Before it was time consuming with having to use HTML coding but now from any location the website can be instantly updated and the company say that they are able to be more creative with the site than previously.
Harbour IT are thrilled with the service Customer Community provided by giving the website the tools to be able to collect information from customers visiting the website. An example of this would be the online registration form for upcoming events.
Not only does this give Harbour IT a greater level of knowledge about their customers but it also provides a more professional website.
Before the new website the only way of providing customers with information was to send out emails which proved to be time consuming. Now through an email broadcast information on subjects such as upcoming events and RSVPs, can easily and quickly be sent to those who require it.
